Refund & Access Policy

This policy explains how refunds, delivery, and access support work for FractalPort.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of FractalPort access and materials, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction has been completed and access has been delivered.

Digital Offerings

FractalPort does not ship physical goods. All offerings are delivered digitally and may include access to time-bound environments, downloadable files, or private access instructions intended for personal use.

Technical Issues & Access Support

If you experience a technical issue (for example: a broken download link, missing access instructions, or an access activation problem), please contact us within 3 days of purchase at access@fractalport.net.

What we will do:
– Verify your transaction and delivery status
– Re-send files, links, or instructions where applicable
– Assist with access activation if a technical disruption occurred

Delivery is considered complete once the digital materials and/or access instructions have been successfully provided to the email address you supplied at checkout. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to resolve genuine technical delivery issues.


Payments & Irreversibility

Many payments processed through cryptocurrency networks are irreversible by design. For this reason, please review your order carefully before completing payment. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us immediately and we will review the situation and respond as reasonably as possible. We cannot guarantee reversal or recovery of crypto transactions.


Disputes

If you have a concern about delivery or access, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under mandatory law.
