FractalPort operates as a fully digital platform. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Digital Delivery
All access and digital materials are delivered electronically. Depending on the offering, delivery may include:

A confirmation email is typically sent immediately after a successful transaction. Access instructions or links follow according to the selected service and current access window.
No Physical Products
FractalPort does not ship physical items. There are no shipping fees, carriers, or tracking numbers. If you receive any communication suggesting a physical delivery, please disregard it and contact us directly.

If you do not receive your confirmation or access email within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please check your spam or junk folder.
